GP battery is the general purpose battery with 5-10 years design life in floating service, which has 2V, 4V, 6V, and 12 Voltage with a capacity range from 1.3Ah to 3000Ah. the operating temperature range is minus 20℃ to 50℃. For GP battery, our most hot-selling model is GP7.0-12 in 12 voltage with 7AH capacity, and it is 2kg/pc. High Rate Battery

Leadmax high-rate battery series is specially designed for the backup storage energy system, many applications are needed to save data and power in all ordinary time, in case to reduce the loss of data, Leadmax designed a highly efficient battery with 5-10 years of floating service life under high or low temperature. At 20℃ ( 68℉), the float life can be up to 10-15 years. After 6 months, self-discharge can still reach 82%. Our high-rate battery has 12V and the capacity ranges from 7 to 200, the weight is from 2.15kg to 65kg depending on the capacity.

Leadmax 2V OPzS battery series has achieved an extremely high level of cycling expectancy, which is using the tubular plates. OPzS battery features low maintenance, acid-proof and explosion-proof, which is an unexceptionable option for renewable power systems, like solar system, wind system and so on, the operation temperature range from minus 40℃ ( minus 40℉) to 65℃ ( 149℉). The model lasts a 15-year long designed floating life of 25℃ ( 77℉). The microcracks formed by the shrinkage of the colloid make oxygen diffuse from the positive electrode to the negative electrode in the form of a gas phase, realize the recombination of oxygen, improve the recombination efficiency of oxygen, and reduce the loss of water. The colloidal electrolyte will not reduce the capacity of the deep-cycle colloidal battery and can increase the life of the primary battery by more than 50%. Very pure fumed silica, free of substances that affect the performance of deep cycle gel batteries, with high surface activity and strong gel strength. The stabilizer can increase the viscosity of the system, eliminate the hydration stratification of the colloidal electrolyte, and delay the gel formation time. Positive and negative voltage inhibitors can reduce the evolution of positive and negative hydrogen and oxygen.

VRLA and AGM are related, but not the same thing.

VRLA uses a valve to regulate the pressure inside the battery and prevent the escape of gases during normal operation.

AGM, on the other hand, stands for Absorbed Glass Mat, which is a specific type of VRLA battery technology. AGM batteries use a special fiberglass mat between the battery plates to hold the electrolyte in place, which allows the battery to be sealed and maintenance-free. Therefore, AGM batteries are a type of VRLA battery, but not all VRLA batteries use the AGM technology. Other types of VRLA batteries include gel batteries and flooded batteries, which use a different technology to immobilize the electrolyte and provide a maintenance-free design.

VRLA refers to valve regulated rechargeable battery which is a type of rechargeable battery that uses lead-acid chemistry to produce electrical energy. The term "valve-regulated" means that the battery is designed to recombine hydrogen and oxygen gases that are produced during charging, thereby reducing the amount of water loss and preventing the battery from drying out.

VRLA batteries are sealed and do not require regular maintenance. VRLA rechargeable battery is commonly used in a variety of applications, such as backup power systems, UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems, electric vehicles, and telecommunications equipment.

AGM batteries generally offer superior performance and reliability compared to SLA batteries, especially in demanding applications requiring maintenance-free operation, higher energy density, and better cycling capabilities. AGM batteries boast faster charging times due to lower internal resistance, enabling them to accept higher charging currents and charge more rapidly. Additionally, AGM batteries excel in deep cycling applications, handling deep discharges more effectively than SLA batteries. However, in situations where upfront cost is a significant consideration and the specific advantages of AGM batteries are not essential, SLA batteries may still be preferred.

VRLA (Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid) batteries are typically considered "dry" batteries. This designation means that while they contain electrolyte like traditional lead-acid batteries, the electrolyte is immobilized in either an absorbent glass mat (AGM) or gel form. This immobilization prevents the electrolyte from freely flowing inside the battery, making it maintenance-free and less prone to leakage, even if the battery case were to break. Therefore, VRLA batteries are sometimes referred to as "maintenance-free" or "sealed" lead-acid batteries.

VRLA (Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid) batteries are not typically designed for deep-cycle applications. While they can tolerate some cycling, their primary design is for standby or float applications, where they remain at full charge most of the time and only occasionally discharge during power outages or other emergencies.

For deep-cycle applications, such as renewable energy storage or electric vehicles, specialized deep-cycle batteries, like flooded lead-acid batteries or AGM deep-cycle batteries, are more suitable. These batteries are specifically engineered to withstand repeated deep discharges and recharges
